Privacy Statement

We will not deliberately divulge your data to a third party, unless ordered to do so by the relevant authorities.

All our aps either don’t store personal data or store them anonymously so they can’t be connected to a particular user. If we don’t know what data is yours we can’t delete it upon request.

Exceptions are for paid in-app ad-on’s or subscriptions which is regarded as financial data and must by law be kept for a minimum of 7 years. The same goes for all data in the apps MoonCBook that is a reservations system and the WannaPubCrawl event-advertising system.

MarineChimer don’t collect any data. It just need to connect over the internet to check that you have a valid license.

Chats collects no clear data except for default data request logs for a web-server. Even the registration is in encrypted form. Everything ells is anonymized and untraceable.

JoggerLogger(Pro), ActionReporter and MarineLoggerPlus records the position data locally on your device in the background when you have pressed Start. This so the app can estimate your current and average speed, distance, show you a map of your travels and calculate other info it displays to you.

JoggerLoggerPro, ActionReporter, MarineLoggerPlus and GroupTracker gives you the option of recording your position data to our website, tied to your phones IMEI (or alternatively constructed unique) number. This so you, and/or others you give the link and passcode to, can see it. This upload is a feature you control and turn on and off in the settings / preferences. As default it is off, except in the program GroupTracker(Trial) where it is on.

We will only give this passcode for the web-tracking to the email address that you originally bought JoggerLoggerPro, ActionReporter, MarineLoggerPlus or GroupTracker with. (The one used had registered for this option when you did the purchase)

WannaPubCrawl and WannaGreet store all their data on a MoonC.mobi website. WannaPubCrawl has a public option where data of a public event is available to see for all users of the app.

LoopDeLoop do not per se have a web storage part. It will register your device number with us if you purchase the Pro option, and it checks this registry via our website at start-up.

Any request for deletion of data would have to be requested by email to info@moonc.mobi

It needs to be accompanied by app name, any IMEI displayed (in Preferences or Settings of the app) and date and time last used to identify the data and connect them to your user for deletion. Follow up emails for confirmation of correct user-data combination will be required.
