This display let you create a new message or visit an already existing sent or received one.
In this sample it’s a message being composed with a list of possible Message recipient in the Out (red) box and the recipient selected to receive the message in the In (green) box. You move potential recipients (contacts) between boxes by touching them (long-click)
You type in a message subject and a message text and then press Send.
If you are viewing a received message the sender (contact) ‘s name will be in the green box and the date in the red box. There will be a reply button that if pressed will create a outgoing message to that sender prefacing the old subject with RE: .
Exit brings you to the previous screen = View Content
Manual brings you to this page of the manual on MoonC.mobi
Delete will delete the stored message file from your device. And when you refresh the Message list, it will be gone.
Send/Reply/Resend will send a new message, create a reply to a received message or resend an earlier sent message, depending on what type of message you are viewing.
Messages including recipient, subject, text and sender will automatically be encrypted before being transmitted to the MoonC.mobi message store awaiting the intended recipient to refresh their Messages in view and pick it up.
If you receive a message that isn’t decrypted and you are sure you have set the correct PasCode for that contact, you might have received a message intended for somebody else. Since recipient is combined with the pascode for encryption there is no way for us to know what the result will be. Therefore 2 different combinations could potentially create the same result. Don’t worry about it, You couldn’t decrypt theirs so they can’t decrypt yours. We still recommend changing the PasCode used to communicate with that contact. |
