Crewing |

This page let crew controllers assign crew to the transport unit. Select the start and end leg for the crew. Selected legs will be marked with a “v”. Assign crew from the available list to the right. The available list can be filtered by Crew Type by ticking the boxes. We recommend adding the crew by higher rank first to avoid confusion on sample who is Captain if 2 Captains are assigned to a flight, or who is the Cabin Supervisor. If a crew needs removing, set their start and end leg as 0, and if necessary add a replacement. At the end of each schedule line you can see how many crew is so far assigned to that flight. (If your screen is wide enough, alternatively use an tablet or see it on the Auto Roster page.
You can change the date you are working with and alternative to dividing them by leg divide them into different shifts.
The crew can also view their schedule using this display. Press the leg and the scheduled crew will be displayed below. (More individual crew roster reports to follow)
There are 3 buttons on the middle of the page:
“My Roster”: Opens the Report Page where each crew can see their own roster and a Crew Controller can select 1 crew and see their roster.
“All Rostered”: Opens the Report Page where a crew controller can see everybody rostered for the select day.
“Auto Roster”: Brings you to the AutoRoster page where you can automatically roster crew for the selected date to the aircraft compliment based on certain parameters.
This page has 4 buttons at the bottom.
“Cancel” Will bring you back to the Crew Page.
“Config” Brings you to a the Crew Config Page where you can name the crew functions and add crew to the available crew list from the system user list, plus change crew functions. “Manual” brings you to this page of the MoonCBook manual on the MoonC.mobi website. “Save Now” (If permission) To save the selected crew to the crew list for the legs selected.
The available crew displayed can be limited to just one or more type of crews by ticking the boxes.
