Here you will to the left see the currently raised Helpdesk tickets on the system. Either just your own or if you are an admin everybody’s. Press one to get the details displayed to the right.
Below the query area there are 2 buttons for admin’s: “Permissions” brings you to the User Admin page where you can set the User’s Access Permissions. “Master” brings you to a page where you can view and change some of the Master Limits of the company. “Admin/User” swaps between user view and admin view. You can only access the Permissions button if this button says Admin. “New/Close” Allows you to create a new ticket or Close an open one.
This page has 4 buttons at the bottom.
“Cancel” Will bring you back to the Main Menu Page.
“-”. Manual” brings you to this page of the MoonCBook manual on the MoonC.mobi website. “Save Now” Save typed reply to the selected ticket, or request to a new ticket.
All interactions will be stored to a backend and be accessible by the named company and MoonC.mobi, and could be visible to their 3’rd party suppliers.
